Every Reloveo purchase is a one-time payment to unlock a single report — the Full Report or a Deep Analysis. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.

Single analysis

Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not viewed the full analysis report or downloaded the PDF.

If your report didn't unlock

If you were charged but your report didn't open, email us with your payment ID. We'll either get your report to you or refund you in full — your choice.

How to request a refund

Email contact@reloveo.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
