Reloveo is currently in free beta — there are no paid plans yet. The policy below will apply once paid analyses and subscriptions launch.

Single analysis

Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not viewed the full analysis report or downloaded the PDF.

7-day money-back guarantee on the first month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Pro-rated refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the subscription is non-refundable but you keep access for the full year.

Email contact@waistele.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
