Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage Reloveo uses. We keep this deliberately minimal — Reloveo does not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. "Similar technologies" include local storage and session storage, which also keep small amounts of data in your browser. We treat them all the same way in this policy.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They are not used for tracking.

• Cloudflare Turnstile.We use Cloudflare's Turnstile to tell humans from bots before an analysis runs. It may set cookies or browser storage needed to complete that security check.
• Razorpay. When you make a payment, our payment provider Razorpay sets cookies needed to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud. These apply only during checkout.

3. Functional browser storage

To run an analysis without creating an account, Reloveo temporarily stores your analysis preview and your unlocked report in your own browser (using session storage and local storage). This data stays on your device — it is not a tracking cookie and is not sent to advertisers. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

4. Analytics cookies

Reloveo does not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the security check or payment from working, so parts of Reloveo may not function.
