1. What this policy covers

Reloveo ("we", "us") is operated as a sole proprietorship in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use reloveo.com and how we handle it. It is written to be compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and aware of the GDPR.

2. Data we collect

When you use the analyzer we receive:

• The conversation text or screenshots you upload
• Your IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention)
• Browser and device information sent automatically by your browser

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name or email to receive a free analysis. You may optionallycreate a passwordless account (sign-in by email magic link) to save and track your analysis results over time — see "Optional accounts" below.

3. How we process your conversation

• Sender names are anonymized to "Person A" and "Person B" before the conversation is sent to our AI provider.
• Phone numbers and email addresses inside the conversation are scrubbed and replaced with [phone] / [email] placeholders.
• The anonymized transcript is sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis.
• We do not save your raw conversation, screenshots, or the anonymized transcript on our servers.
• Google may temporarily process the input under their API terms; see Google's Gemini API terms.

Optional accounts & saved results

If you choose to create an account, we store your email address (used only to sign you in by magic link) and the numeric results of your analyses — the score, band, the component scores, the anonymized label counts, and the measured statistics — so you can track how your results change over time.

We still never store your conversation, the written analysis narrative (which can quote messages), or any participant names against your account — only numbers. You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its saved results by emailing contact@waistele.com.

4. Two-party consent

When you analyze a conversation, you also process personal data of the other party. By using Reloveo you confirm that you have permission to analyze the conversation, or that the conversation is your own communication. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent for ongoing processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India

6. Cookies and analytics

We use only the minimum cookies required for the site to function. If we add analytics in future (e.g. PostHog, Plausible) this section will be updated and a cookie banner shown.

7. Children

Reloveo is not intended for users under 18. You must confirm you are 18 or older before each analysis.
