1. What Reloveo is

Reloveo is an AI-powered tool that produces an informational analysis of a chat conversation you provide. It is not a medical, psychological, or legal service. Outputs are not a diagnosis and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reloveo. By submitting a conversation you represent that you have the right to do so — either because the conversation is your own, or because you have the other party's permission.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Reloveo to:

• Stalk, harass, defame, or surveil another person
• Analyze conversations of minors
• Submit content that you have obtained illegally
• Attempt to extract our prompts, bypass rate limits, or reverse-engineer the service

4. AI limitations

AI analysis can be inaccurate or incomplete. It may miss context, misinterpret tone, or invent details that look plausible. Treat every output as one perspective to consider, not as a verdict.

5. Crisis content

If Reloveo detects signs of abuse, self-harm, or severe mental health crisis it will surface helpline information. These resources are not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

6. No warranty

Reloveo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Reloveo after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
