1. What Reloveo is

Reloveo is an AI-powered tool that produces an informational analysis of a chat conversation you provide. It is not a medical, psychological, or legal service. Outputs are not a diagnosis and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Reloveo is operated by Vikesh Kumar, an individual based in Delhi, India ("we", "us"). How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reloveo. By submitting a conversation you represent that you have the right to do so — either because the conversation is your own, or because you have the other party's permission.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Reloveo to:

• Stalk, harass, defame, or surveil another person
• Analyze conversations of minors
• Submit content that you have obtained illegally
• Attempt to extract our prompts, bypass rate limits, or reverse-engineer the service

4. Paid reports and payments

• One-time purchases only. Every payment unlocks a single report for the conversation you submitted — the Full Report or a Deep Analysis. There are no subscriptions, and nothing renews or charges you again.
• Prices. The price is shown on the page before you pay, in Indian Rupees, and that is the full amount you are charged. Deep Analysis has one price for any chat length; launch offers may apply for a limited time. We may change prices in future, but never for a purchase you have already made.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• What you get. Your report appears on screen once payment is confirmed (usually within seconds, occasionally up to a minute while it is written), and you can download it as a PDF or have it emailed to you. Because we never store your conversation, we cannot re-create a report later — please keep the PDF.
• Free previews. The free preview is a sample of the analysis. Paying unlocks the complete report for the same conversation; it does not re-analyse a different one.
• Promo codes. Codes are single-use per person unless stated otherwise, may be limited in number or time, have no cash value, and can be withdrawn at any time. Free promo codes apply to the Full Report only unless the code says otherwise.
• Refunds. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If you were charged and your report didn't unlock, email us with your payment ID and we will deliver the report or refund you in full.
• Problems with a payment. Please contact us first at contact@reloveo.com — we reply to every email and can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute.

5. AI limitations

AI analysis can be inaccurate or incomplete. It may miss context, misinterpret tone, or invent details that look plausible. Treat every output as one perspective to consider, not as a verdict.

6. Crisis content

If Reloveo detects signs of abuse, self-harm, or severe mental health crisis it will surface helpline information. These resources are not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

7. No warranty

Reloveo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Reloveo after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
