Privacy & safety
Do you store my conversation?+
No. Your conversation is never saved on our servers. Sender names are anonymized to “Person A” and “Person B”, and phone numbers and emails inside the chat are scrubbed, before anything is sent to our AI provider. We keep no copy of the raw chat, the screenshots, or the anonymized transcript.
Is my data shared or sold?+
We never sell your data. The anonymized transcript is sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate the analysis, under Google’s API terms. That’s the only third party that processes the text, and only momentarily to produce your results.
Do I need the other person’s permission?+
When you analyze a conversation you’re also handling another person’s messages, so you confirm at upload that you have permission to analyze it, or that it’s your own communication. You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
What if the chat shows someone in distress?+
If the analysis detects signs of crisis or self-harm — especially recent ones — it surfaces relevant helplines before anything else, and never puts that information behind a paywall. Reloveo is informational only and is not a substitute for professional help.
How it works
What can I upload?+
You can paste chat text directly, upload a WhatsApp export (.txt, or the .zip/.bin export file), upload an Instagram message export, or upload screenshots of a conversation. The most recent messages are analyzed for long chats.
How long does it take?+
Usually under a minute. Most analyses complete in about 30–60 seconds.
Does it understand Hindi and Hinglish?+
Yes. Reloveo is built with India and South Asia in mind, so Hindi–English code-switching (Hinglish) is read as normal expressive language, not confusion.
How is the Connection Strength Score calculated?+
It’s computed in our own code — not guessed by the AI — from measured statistics about your chat (message balance, reply times, initiations and more) combined with the AI’s labelling of tone and emotional signals. You get a score, a band (Weak to Exceptional), and a confidence level that reflects how much chat there was to work with.
Is this therapy or a diagnosis?+
No. Reloveo gives informational insight grounded in established relationship research (such as the Gottman Institute’s work and attachment theory). It is not medical or psychological advice and does not diagnose anyone.
Accounts & history
Do I need an account?+
No. You can run a free analysis and see the preview without signing up. An account is optional — it lets you save your analyses and track how your results change over time.
What does an account store?+
Only your email (to sign you in) and the numeric results of your analyses — scores, bands and the component breakdown. We never store your conversations, the written analysis, or anyone’s name against your account.
How do I sign in?+
You can use a passwordless email link, or set a password. Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page to set a new one — this also works if you first signed in with an email link and want to add a password.
Pricing & payment
How much does it cost?+
The preview is free. The full report — the complete breakdown plus a downloadable PDF — is a one-time unlock, currently ₹29 as a launch special (normally ₹299). It’s a one-time charge for that analysis, not a subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payments are handled securely by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, subject to our refund policy — see the Refund Policy page for details. If something went wrong with your unlock, contact us and we’ll help.
