No. Your conversation is never saved on our servers. Sender names are anonymized to “Person A” and “Person B”, and phone numbers and emails inside the chat are scrubbed, before the analysis even begins. We keep no copy of the raw chat, the screenshots, or the anonymized transcript — once your results are generated, the text is gone.

We never sell your data, and it is never used for advertising or to train anything. The anonymized, scrubbed text is processed only for the moment it takes to generate your results — nothing is retained afterwards. The full detail of how data is handled is in our Privacy Policy.

When you analyze a conversation you’re also handling another person’s messages, so you confirm at upload that you have permission to analyze it, or that it’s your own communication. You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

If the analysis detects signs of crisis or self-harm — especially recent ones — it surfaces relevant helplines before anything else, and never puts that information behind a paywall. Reloveo is informational only and is not a substitute for professional help.

You can paste chat text directly, upload a WhatsApp export (.txt, or the .zip/.bin export file), upload an Instagram message export, or upload screenshots of a conversation. The most recent messages are analyzed for long chats.

Yes. Reloveo is built with India and South Asia in mind, so Hindi–English code-switching (Hinglish) is read as normal expressive language, not confusion.

By our own scoring engine, built in-house and calibrated specifically for real relationships — the AI never guesses the number. The engine works from dozens of measured signals in your chat: message balance, reply times, who initiates, warmth, conflict-and-repair patterns and more. You get a score, a band (Weak to Exceptional), and a confidence level that reflects how much chat there was to work with.

No. You can run a free analysis and see the preview without signing up. An account is optional — it lets you save your analyses and track how your results change over time.

Only your email (to sign you in) and the numeric results of your analyses — scores, bands and the component breakdown. We never store your conversations, the written analysis, or anyone’s name against your account.

You can use a passwordless email link, or set a password. Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page to set a new one — this also works if you first signed in with an email link and want to add a password.

The preview is free. The full report — the complete breakdown plus a downloadable PDF — is a one-time unlock, currently ₹29 as a launch special (normally ₹299). It’s a one-time charge for that analysis, not a subscription.

Deep Analysis is our most complete reading — it maps your relationship as a story over time: a week-by-week connection line, named chapters, the turning points that moved you two, momentum, and gentle next steps for both of you. It works best with a few months of chat history and is priced by the length of your chat, starting at ₹199 (one-time). The free preview of it shows your score and the shape of your story before you decide.

Payments are handled securely by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
